How willing are we to change?
I find it very hard to make changes, big or small. We find it more comfortable, easier, doing the things that we have always done and are very quick to say no to anything that might take us away from our “normal”.
I once heard someone say “Every second is a chance to turn your whole life around”.
I woke up at 7 am EST today. It is now 1:45 pm EST.
That is 6 hours and 45 minutes. 405 minutes I’ve been awake.
24,300 seconds.
So far I have passed up 24,300 chances, today, to make changes in my life that would benefit not just myself but everyone around me.
We have 86,400 chances per 24 hour day to change.
Eighty Six Thousand, Four Hundred CHANCES to turn it all around!
